1955 Kaiser Manhattan

Former Fire Chief, Allan L. Simpson, attends several local cruise nights with his eye-catching 1955 ivory & green Kaiser Manhattan. This vintage auto is quite unique, drawing attention at the Summit View Holyoke, Buttery Brook South Hadley, Moose Lodge Chicopee and Atkins Fruit Bowl Amherst cruises.

This sporty auto has a supercharged continental motor, dual range hydraulic transmission and wide white wall tires. The dash and back of front seat are padded. Especially unique to this auto, is the heart-shaped windshield and the wrap-around 3-panel rear windows. It is a stop and look vehicle.
