1938 Chevrolet Master Sedan
Don and Betty Warner

Retirees Don and Betty Warner, from Simsbury Connecticut, enjoy cruisers, car shows and an occasional parade in their 19387 Chevrolet Master Sedan. This charming rod has many extras. The motor is a crate 350-330 , with a 700R4 transmission, Mustang II frontend and 57 Chevy Posi rear. “All Fired Up” did the flames on the 2001 Prowler Orange exterior. The interior is a tan vinyl/fabric combination with power seats. This baby has power and tilt wheel steering, AC & heat, a pioneer stereo and 6-disc CD player. Not too shabby.

1940 Ford   Convertible
Dick Listro

Riding with the top down is even more novel in this restored black 1950 Ford Convertible. It is an ongoing restoration project for owner Dick Listro from Southwick MA. It is a neat car with 5-speed on the floor, 239 CID flathead motor and dual exhausts just to dress up the flathead. The interior is a sharp red and black leather reproduction. Dick particularly enjoys cruise nights at “Marks” in E. Granby CT and “Barts’ in Windsor CT.

1966 Ford Galaxie 500
James Hall

Mrs. William Hilbig was the original owner of this 1966 Ford Galaxie 500. The very thoughtful current owner, James Hall, brought Mrs. Hilbig to a cruise night in the restored car shortly after replacing the rear bumper and having it repainted. This regal 2-door auto has a 289 motor, C4 transmission and Mark IV air conditioning and an original 53000 miles on it. The interior is all-original turquoise vinyl and cloth. Original is the key word attached to this vehicle
