1934 Ford 3-Window Coupe – Bright Yellow

Richard Morris is the proud owner of this $17000 kit car he bought and built 3 years ago. This charming bright yellow coupe is a true showstopper.  It is equipped with a Corvette LT1 motor and Corvette transmission. A Mustang II front-end, Ford 9” rear-end, Colorado custom wheels and disc brakes.  The cost of the wheels and tires alone was over $4000.  The exhaust is powder coat chrome and New Century Auto Body out of, Rhode Island, did the great paint job.  Tan leather dresses the interior at a cost of $3000.

There are many luxury extras on this beauty.  The gauges are all digital.  It has power windows and power trunk, an all chrome billet tilt-steering column, a floor council, air conditioning and heat.

Rich and his son Joseph built the car together.  It took them about one year.  It is presently valued at about $50000.  Rich enjoys cruise nights, entering his street rod into car shows and going on rod runs.  This street rod gets a lot of attention.  To Rich, it gives him freedom.  He says “it’s like being in a different world”, he gets a rush just driving it.

Owning a Street Rod doesn’t  “just happen.”  Rich’s interest in street rods started about eight years ago by going to shows with his son.  His street Rod has brought him back a step in time, to the 60's  He drives on nice days in the spring and summer.

Rich is a retired builder with a long family history in the construction industry.  He has also built and rides motorcycles.  How could a guy like this have another hobby?  Well, Rich does.  He rides and raises horses.  He currently has a 2-year-old quarter horse.

1970 TVR Vixon

According to the dictionary, vixen with an “e” is a female fox or a spiteful woman. But, Vixon with an “o” is a very elite English Ford Automobile. This 1970 TVR Vixon is of the sport scar variety, a small 2 seater, 4 cylinder, 4 speed on the floor, sleek and powerful vehicle. The exterior is dark green with a black leather interior. It has a moon roof that is removed by hand. It is a fun car and it likes to move.

John Barry experiences great pleasure in this James Bond type car. Though it has not been customized, people stop to look at it all the time. He has even had people back-up to ask about it. John has always been fascinated with small cars.

John also owns a 1983 black Porsche for when he wants a little more room
