1965 Plymouth Barracuda

This unusual 1965 Plymouth gets many second looks. It is a 225 cubic inch Blue Barracuda, a cross somewhere between a car and a station wagon.

Thaddeus M. Trybus from Granby Mass owns and enjoys this vintage vehicle.

The 65 Barracuda was one of the first with a big back window and fold down back seat to create a station wagon type effect. The 65 and 66 models looked alike.

Thaddeus’s Barracuda has a Slant 6 motor, 3-speed Standard Transmission, 14” wheels and stock rear and front ends. The interior has blue bucket seats and the exterior is embellished with flame decals. This unique auto is rare, a beauty that stands alone.
