Dan Meservey Sr.
#11A Pro4Mods

The Pro-Four Modified of New England had it’s early beginnings on a dirt track in Chatham, MA back in the 70’s. In an area of beautiful beaches and quaint villages Dan Meservey Sr. developed a new VW auto racing division. It was fun and drew the fans to the dirt track.

By1978 the division had gravitated to an open-wheel division at Seekonk Speedway. Founder Dan Meservey Sr. hung in there and the Pro4’s were an immediate success quickly becoming a touring division. Dan Meservey Sr. has some very exciting and successful seasons in his #11A Pro4. Though the cars are set up like the Whelen Modified Tour the maximum weight is 2000 lbs and which reduces the owner’s cost substantially. The weight and horsepower ratio allow extraordinary speed and handling.

Dan Meservey Sr. is a driver that can handle speed. Starting in fourteen to sixteen races per season at 7 or 8 different race tracks, Dan finishes in the top ten more often than not. In 37 years of racing at 87 different tracks, Dan holds his own against the “young and talented” drivers. In 2006, Dan Meservey Sr. finished 3rd in points in the touring Pro4’s. He had 4 top 5 finishes and 6 top 10’s.

As a mature experienced racer, Dan is up there among the legends of racing. He has a lot to give, the ability to entertain the race fan and heartily competes against the best.

Kevin Ouelette
#70 Mini Stock

Kevin Ouelette finds the competitiveness at New Hampshire’s Monadnock Speedway exhilarating. A former Hudson Speedway Champion, Kevin has raced #70 Mini Stock, on his Dad’s racing team, the past two seasons. In 2006 Kevin finished 5th in points with great weekly finishes in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

The new season looms in the near future and the Ouellette team is ready with a new team car and driver to share in the glory for 2007. Kevin Ouellette will be pounding the pavement and high banks in #70, to rattle the cage of 2006 Mini Stock Champion, Emerson Cayer. Bring on the competition and entertainment at Monadnock Speedway, Kevin Ouelette is ready.

J.J. Hill
#41 Late Model

Stafford Motor Speedway is home track to JJ Hill and the #41 Late Model. A Stafford Springs resident, J.J. is addicted to racing by mere location if not by anything else. His experience is in the Heavy Mod Division, Qtr Midgets, Little T Region 1.

Times change and the 2006 race season found J.J. in the Late Model Division at Stafford, car #41. He had 13 starts with one top 10 finish, ending the season 26th in points. In a season filled with high profile Late Model drivers, J.J. faired well. Much like the 2001 Turkey derby at Wall New Jersey when he transferred from G-main to A-main and still placed 3rd, J.J. got to compete against the “Big Boys” and came out shining.
