| An auto racing experience can happen at any
age under varied conditions and for many many reasons. For ten-year old Dylan Kopec it was
in the cards. Dylan is the son of Chris and Charlene Kopec. His Dad, Chris, is a notable
racecar driver. Dylan has raced for three years, Tiger Cubs in 2003 winning eleven races
his first season. For the 2004 and 05 seasons, Dylan has raced in the Tiger Sprint
Division, winning 2 races and receiving" The Most Improved Driver" and
"Best Appearing" awards in 04 and winning 6 races in the 05 season. Though Dylan grew up around racing and has witnessed some worthy race action, he has already experienced memorable races of his own. There was the race when he flipped his Kart 3 times during a single race and was still able to get back on the track and finish the race in 4th place. A 4th grade student in Palmer Massachusetts, Dylan actively enjoys soccer, hockey, dirt biking and snowmobiling. His lovely Mom and professional racer Dad are strong proponents for Dylan’s future and the growing years that lead to that future, whatever that may be. |
