Fast tracks like Thompson International Speedway is where Andy Lindeman likes to race. His current division is All Star Trucks. His truck is numbered #3 in memory of the late and great legend Cup driver Dale Earnhardt.

A New York State Trooper out of Poestenkill, Andy enjoys the fun of racing. The truck series is competitive and fits into his lifestyle with only 14 races a season. It is a bit less costly overall than car racing but is still challenging. Andy feels that tires are the biggest difference between racing trucks or cars.

Andy raced motorcycles prior to trucks and was the 1980 Open Production Champion at Louden New Hampshire. He has also raced AMA professionally.

Racing is a constant in the life of Eric Bourgeois.

It was Karts for 5 years and the Mini Stock Division for 5 years. Eric now races # 87 Mini Stock at Thompson Speedway. He and his team of eight have made good friends of their competitors. Mom and Dad, Bill Ley, Tim Maheu, Grayson, Nicole, Evan and Eric all support the #87 along with good advice from some of their competitors. There have been good weeks when they win and there are the weeks that they trailer home a racecar in parts, spending many hours reconstructing it for the next race.

What keeps him there, “It’s the adrenaline rush, “ says Eric.
