18 year old Adam Cantor races Midget Division car #7ny on the NEMA circuit. He races this fiery red racecar with white lettering once a week and works on the car another 4 hours weekly. If Adam isn't racing it he is practicing with it. Adam races to win. There is nothing that is even close to the feeling of winning, for Adam.

Adams Dad, Allan, worked on cars throughout his life and was part of the Tommy Baldwin Team. It was a natural path for Adam to follow in the racing industry. He began with go-karts, at age 9, traveling the US, winning 7 club championships and 11 regional championships. His favorite track is Waterford.

Every driver has at least one race that was a challenge. For Adam it was a national championship Go-Kart race in Charlotte, North Carolina. It was pouring rain and Adam started 30th and finished 6th.

Adam has a very strong support team in his Dad, Mom and Stepfather, Joe DeMonte. He resides in New York and in his spare time, enjoys attending sporting events with friends.
