| The 2003 Pro Stock championship at Monadnock
Speedway was a battle right to the end. The 1st and 2nd place drivers finished the season
just 2 points between them (818 and 816). Car #24, Todd Patnode, was in that second place.
He ran a great season much like his previous career seasons win as ProStock Champion
2001/2002. Todd also had a great run in the Modified Division at Claremont where he placed
3rd, 4th and 5th in points during the 3 consecutive years he raced in that division and
3rd in 2002 Downeast at Lee USA. His 14 years of auto racing have been quite successful. Every race is a good experience for Todd. Perhaps one of the most memorable was a 100 lap race at Monadnock when he, and one of his foremost competitors, Les Hinckley raced door-to-door for much of the race. It was good and it was fun. Todd has a superb team and support system, his Mom and Dad and wife Lisa topping the list. Ron Reed is Car#24 Motor Man & Crew Chief. Ron has been with the team right from the beginning. The team consists of Paul Laurindeau, Mike Lawrence, Dennis Hardy and Brian Tarr. Together they make a winning team. Racing is a fun sport for Todd. He does the homework to make his racecar the fastest on the track. His team is strong and their performance at Monadnock Speedway is a draw for race fans. Photographer/Journalist: Sheila Somers |
